We manufacture flexible polyurethane foam for a wide range of product and processing requirements. Density, firmness, color and dimensions can be adjusted according to the intended application. Current processing capabilities include foam as thin as approximately 2 mm, widths up to approximately 2 m, cutting lengths up to approximately 42 m, and continuous foaming lengths up to approximately 50 m depending on the production process. We also support custom development from reference photos or physical samples. Customers can provide dimensions, intended use and target comfort or firmness, and our team can develop and adjust the foam solution accordingly.
Our core product portfolio includes PU foam, high-density foam, memory foam and custom-cut foam, together with mattress, insole and bra-pad solutions developed for different applications.

The raw materials head to a mixhead and are mixed together. The mixed liquid will be under foaming process and become polyurethane foam.
Quality control covers incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and finished-product inspection.
Our laboratory evaluates key foam properties including density, firmness, tensile performance and rebound.
Production batches are documented for traceability, and inspection reports are prepared before shipment.
Third-party testing can also be arranged when specific market or project requirements apply.
