OUR FOAM

PU FOAM

Flexible polyurethane foam is one of our core manufacturing materials and can be developed for a wide range of product and processing requirements. Density, firmness, color, thickness and dimensions can be adjusted according to the intended application. PU foam can be supplied in sheet, block, roll or custom-cut formats depending on customer requirements. Minimum processing thickness: approximately 2 mm. Maximum processing width: approximately 2 m. Cutting length: up to approximately 42 m. Continuous foaming length: up to approximately 50 m.

HIGH DENSITY FOAM

High density foam is designed for applications that require stronger support, improved durability and better resistance to long-term deformation. Density and firmness can be adjusted independently according to the required comfort, support and end-use performance.

MEMORY FOAM

Memory foam is developed for comfort-oriented applications where pressure relief and body-conforming support are important. The material can be adjusted according to product requirements and is commonly used in sleep products, insoles and other comfort-focused applications.

CUSTOM CUT FOAM

Custom cut foam can be produced according to customer drawings, reference images, physical samples and dimensional requirements. We support rectangular, shaped and application-specific foam components and can assist with reverse development from customer samples. Custom dimensions, shapes, density, firmness and color can be reviewed as part of sample-based development.

GENERAL FOAM

General foam solutions are manufactured for a broad range of everyday cushioning, padding and support applications. Product specifications can be adjusted according to customer requirements, including density, firmness, color, thickness and dimensions.

SHREDDED FOAM

Shredded foam consists of processed foam pieces that can be used as filling material for selected cushioning and comfort applications. Particle size, material composition and packing format can be reviewed according to customer requirements and the intended end product.

REBONDED FOAM

Rebonded foam is produced from processed foam material bonded into a denser foam structure for selected cushioning and support applications. Specifications such as density, thickness, dimensions and firmness can be reviewed according to project requirements.
